Construction materials can be purchased in the workshops. For this purpose, the students should carry a so-called Milchbüchli Milchbüchlein (pre-printed forms), where they can note all material costs. The material prices are detailed in each workshop as well as on the website. At the end of the module the Milchbüchli Milchbüchlein must be signed and stamped by the workshop manager. The amount will be charged directly to the personal MoniToni account.

Agreed expenses for the project material can be refunded in full or in part, in consultation with the lecturers and based on the project budget. The agreed amount will be credited to the personal MoniToni account. To receive the reimbursement, students need to meet the deadline set by the lecturers for the consultation and delivery of the Milchbüchli and the Milchbüchlein and other receipts.
In general, the students have to pay for small expenses themselves. This includes glue, office products, paints, sprays, etc..
