This year, the free flow takes us for a 2-day retreat at Alpenhof.

The purpose for the 'free flow' is for mentors and students to spend time together in an alternative mode than the usual school setting.
In a different setting and with different tools, they discuss together interests and topics ranging from the upcoming thesis to life in general.
This is also a special exchange moment for bonding.

  • Cooking dinner together (Thursday evening)
    • Students need to define a menu and do the groceries in beforehand, because the next grocery store is in Heiden (3km by foot). Students and teachers cook and clean up together. (If we won't cook our dinner on Thursday by ourselves, we need to inform the Alpenhof crew. Bea and her team cook very well, according to Alessandro Holler.)
  • «Ideation walk» through the nature
    • It seems to have nice hiking trails around the Alpenhof. But most of the tours have St. Anton (= Alpenhof) as their final destination, means that we'd have to start the tour with a descent, which is maybe not so nice. But anyway, we need to spend some time outside. The nature seems to be amazing around there.
  • Visit the library (Bibliothek Andreas Züst) and/or the current art exhibition (Alpenhof Events) together and use it as a source for inspiration/discussion.
  • «Ideation speed dating » (Method)
  • Hang out, have a after-dinner drink and listen to the sound from the jukebox (Alpenhof Jukebox).
  • Questions game, chatpack
  • Brainstorming (guided by Clemens)
