Military and Civil Service: Deferral Requests

Students are strongly advised not to miss compulsory modules as these form an essential basis for the following semester. Students are therefore recommended to submit a deferral request (citing the above reason) to the responsible authorities.

The deferral request, including a copies of the summons and the completed “Dienstverschiebungsgesuch,” which can be downloaded from the corresponding military or civil service website, should be sent or handed in to Karin Luginbühl, Administrative Assistant, Head of Secretariat Interaction Design, Office No. 4.C01, Telephone: +41 43 446 32 93, karin.luginbuehl@zhdk.ch. On receipt of documents, Karin Luginbühl will issue an official ZHdK Deferral Request.
