Communication issues with courses

If you have issues with your module. Communication process:

1. Talk to module head about the problem 

2. If problem not solved, talk to IAD BA head 

3. If problem not solved, talk to IAD FR head 

4.  If problem not solved, involve people outside of FR (eg VERSO)
